Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
These terms govern use of Blisso. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before you rely on them for your organization.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Blisso, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Sub-processors page lists infrastructure and service providers we use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction (typically at least 13 years, or higher where local law requires). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blisso for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to distribute malware, to scrape or overload the service without permission, or to upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service or other users.
4. User content, chat, and collaboration
You retain ownership of content you upload or post. By submitting content (including chat messages, event details, media, and contributions), you grant Blisso a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate the features you and your organizations use. Other members of your organizations or events may see content according to product permissions and visibility settings.
You are responsible for the content you post and for ensuring you have rights to share it. Do not post confidential or illegal material you are not entitled to share.
5. AI-generated drafts (Co-Pilot)
Optional AI features may generate draft event text, tasks, or contribution ideas. Output is provided "as is" for your review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, suitability, and compliance before publishing or relying on drafts. AI processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Organizations and roles
Organizations may have owners, organizers, and members with different abilities. Owners are responsible for designating successors and for content and compliance within their organizations to the extent applicable. Some actions (such as closing an account) may require transferring ownership first.
7. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blisso and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still permitted.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blisso from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
